How My Customers Use This
- Speak to the customer and agree roughly what's needed and how long it'll take
- Enter the details into their AI platform of choice (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT)
- It creates a personalised booking link using Calendly and sends it to the customer
- Customer picks a slot that suits them
- The AI agent finds the matching job in Notion, marks it as booked, and pulls through the address
- It's all added to the Google calendar automatically, no copying details across
